Yvonne Hernández is a Mamá on a mission to teach meditation to 1 million children in 5 years. As a bilingual Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master, she is helping families become the calm in the chaos. Decide Balance™ was founded in her journey to provide tools to manage stress, anxiety and emotions for her kids' classrooms. Yvonne sought and implemented holistic healing after being diagnosed with vitiligo and has reversed the pigmentation without the use of medication. In her spare time you can find her leading a Girl Scout Troop, creating new episode ideas for her bilingual meditation podcast and dancing her heart out in the kitchen.
